online live workshop

Help your people think clearly, act strategically, and create the future they believe in.

A high-impact online workshop for innovation programmes, creative schools, and forward-thinking organisations. Designed to strengthen creative, strategic, and future-focused thinking, so your teams can move from reacting to shaping what’s next.

Live online • 90 min • English or Dutch • Groups 4–20

This is a philosophical yet practical session that sharpens how people see, decide, and act — especially when the future feels uncertain.

Who this is for

This workshop is a great fit if you’re organising learning experiences for:

Creative schools

design, art, creative leadership, business schools with a creative track

  • you want students to connect creativity with strategic and future-oriented decision-making.

Companies navigating change

tech, sustainability, design, professional services, public sector

  • you want leaders and teams to develop the mindset and tools to work with complexity — not against it.

If your participants are smart, capable, and motivated — but stuck in short-term thinking, reactive problem-solving, or unclear priorities — this will land.

The shift this workshop creates

Before - Reacting to what's happening.

Most teams don’t need more information. They need a different relationship with uncertainty.

In complex environments, people often:

  • React quickly instead of thinking clearly.

  • Default to familiar solutions instead of exploring what’s possible.

  • Generate ideas that don’t translate into strategic action.

  • Feel a gap between vision and execution.

  • Quietly doubt whether they have what it takes to shape what’s next.

After - Actively shaping what could be.

This workshop creates a shift from “We’re responding to what’s happening” to “We’re actively shaping what could be.”

After the workshop, participants walk away with:

  • A clearer way to make sense of complexity (without oversimplifying it).

  • A strengthened capacity to think creatively and strategically at the same time.

  • A simple set of decision frameworks they can apply immediately.

  • More confidence to lead with intention when the path isn’t obvious.

  • A shared language that improves alignment, conversation quality, and follow-through.

Outcome in practice: people stop chasing more options and start choosing the right direction — with clarity, courage, and coherence.

The Possibility Beyond approach

Possibility Beyond exists for this work: helping leaders and teams think, lead, and create differently — so they can create the future they believe in.

This session blends:

(1)

Philosophical depth

  • questioning assumptions, expanding perspectives, seeing what’s really going on underneath the surface.

(2)

Strategic clarity

  • turning insights into choices, priorities, and

  • intentional action.

(3)

future focus

  • building the capacity to shape what’s next and create the future you believe in.

It’s not motivational. It’s not abstract. It’s a grounded space where thinking becomes sharper — and action becomes super intentional.

FAQ

Is this a keynote or a workshop?

It’s a workshop. There is inspiration, but the focus is on interaction and application: participants think, reflect, discuss, and leave with practical clarity.

Who is this best suited for (participants)?

Leaders, educators, innovators, founders, programme participants, and teams working in changing environments — especially where complexity, uncertainty, and “too many options” are real.

We’re not an “innovation team.” Is this still relevant?

Yes. Future-focused thinking isn’t only for innovation functions. Any team making decisions under uncertainty benefits from better framing, clearer priorities, and stronger strategic judgement.

How is the session tailored to our context?

Before the workshop, you’ll share a short description of your audience and goals. I adapt examples, language, and emphasis (e.g., more strategy, more creativity, more leadership, more future visioning).

Can you deliver this in-person?

Yes, when travel and scheduling allow. In-person fees and logistics differ from the online investment.

What do participants need to prepare?

Nothing heavy. If helpful, I can share 2–3 reflection prompts in advance so people arrive already thinking.

Will participants get slides or materials?

Yes, a short one-page summary of key frameworks and prompts.

Is this suitable for students?

Yes — particularly in design/creative/business contexts where students need to connect creativity with decision-making, strategy, and real-world constraints.

What about group size — is there a maximum?

4–20 is ideal for interaction. Larger groups are possible, but the format shifts (more structured prompts, potentially breakout rooms, or a more talk-forward delivery).

Can we add the AI module?

Yes. It works well as an add-on session or a focused extension, depending on the time you want to allocate.

What results can we realistically expect after 90 minutes?

A meaningful shift in clarity and direction. Participants won’t “solve everything,” but they will leave with sharper thinking, better framing, and concrete next steps they can apply immediately.

How do we book?

Just send me an email, and we’ll start exploring the possibilities together — and go beyond.
